journals that come with the print subscriptions. |

periodicals Librarian will actively identify and solicit titles
that include free access to full-text. |

periodicals staff will put aside those shipping labels that include
the subscriber numbers for the various journals. |

The
Periodicals Librarian will need the subscriber numbers to activate
access to those free e-journals. |

Check
publisher's website and review Licensing Agreement. |

Activate
on-line access. |
| g. |
Keep
records of all full text journals activated. |
| h. |
Test
activated e-journal sites for access. |
| i. |
Notify
Associate Director of Public Services and include e-journals titles
on Serials Solutions. |
| j. |
Periodically
check to make sure the activated e-journals are available and accessible. |
| k. |
Remove
e-journals that no longer available to us. |
| l. |
Notify
Associate Director of Public Services of non-working e-journals,
and to remove the journals from Serials Solutions. |
