The Stockton Institutional Research Council (IRC) was created to better coordinate those functions related to serving the institution's research and data reporting needs. Under the management of the Director of Institutional Research, the IRC will
- ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting to internal and external constituencies,
- collaborate to produce a comprehensive program of institutional research that informs institutional decision-making and enhances institutional planning and effectiveness,
- distribute and make available College data and information to the campus community electronically (when appropriate) or by print,
- and develop standard data format and structures for College-wide reporting needs.
The IRC website will be used as a repository to share and report various insitutional data ranging from enrollment reports, degrees conferred, graduation rates, to other special analyses/reports on various institutional surveys (i.e. NSSE, CIRP, etc.).
